Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Kasoku (“the Platform”), operated at kasoku.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Kasoku is an AI-powered training platform that helps coaches and athletes plan, track, and analyse training. The Platform provides tools including session planning, workout logging, athlete management, and AI-assisted training analysis.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Coaches may enter data for athletes under 16 with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Use the Platform to store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our written consent

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all training data, workout logs, and other content you enter into the Platform (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Platform’s services to you.

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Features

The Platform includes AI-powered features that provide training suggestions and analysis. These features are intended as tools to assist coaches and athletes, not as medical or professional advice.

  • AI outputs are generated suggestions and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated recommendations before applying them to training.
  • The Platform does not replace professional coaching, medical, or physiotherapy advice.

7. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasoku and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
